MEET THE HOST
HOLA, I AM MARIA
Founder, host, daughter, mother, wife, advocate, community leader, and lifelong student, I created Inner Niña Podcast to give voice to the conversations that too often go unspoken.
For years, I admired the stories of resilient Latina women from every walk of life, CEOs, entrepreneurs, artists, community leaders, and abuelas. But I realized the conversations I longed to hear weren't about titles or achievements. I wanted to ask the deeper questions: What shaped you? What did you have to heal? How did you break generational cycles? What does success truly look like after healing your inner niña?
So I built a space where those conversations could happen—bilingual, authentic, unfiltered, and always with a cafecito in hand.
Each episode, I sit down with remarkable Latina women who are redefining success, embracing vulnerability, and leading with purpose. Together, we explore stories of resilience, healing, identity, faith, and transformation. Along the way, I share my own journey of healing my inner niña, hoping to remind every woman listening that she is never alone and that healing is possible.
