Corie De Anda is a bilingual speech pathologist, educator, and lifelong advocate for Latina empowerment, immigrant families, and educational equity. With more than five decades of experience in public education and community leadership, she has dedicated her life to breaking barriers and creating pathways of opportunity for underrepresented students.

Raised in a small town with a strict upbringing, Corie developed an early passion for language and cultural connection that would shape her life’s work. Her commitment to bilingual education became a bridge for supporting immigrant families, refugees, and young Latinas across Southern California, helping them find their voice, identity, and confidence within academic spaces.
