Leolis Rodriguez is a first-generation Latina, a proud native of the Dominican Republic, and the eldest of two siblings. She currently serves as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve and has already demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication both in her military service and her community involvement.

Leolis is also one of the founding members of the Board of Directors for the first collegiate chapter of MANA, A National Latina Organization at East Stroudsburg University. MANA is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Latinas through leadership development, mentorship, community service, advocacy, and educational opportunities.

Despite her young age, Leolis has already achieved remarkable milestones and continues to pave the way for future generations of Latina leaders. Her passion for service, commitment to empowering others, and drive to make a meaningful impact are truly inspiring. It is an honor and privilege to welcome her as our guest today.
