Richermy Batista, affectionately known as Richy, is a first-generation graduate student pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Villanova University. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she immigrated to the United States at the age of eight. As the youngest and only daughter among four siblings, Richy has developed a strong sense of resilience, determination, and leadership.

With professional experience on Capitol Hill and within federal agencies, she is passionate about personal growth, leadership development, and empowering others to successfully navigate professional spaces. As a first-generation Latina, Richy is committed to sharing her journey, inspiring others, and creating opportunities for future generations to thrive.
