Venus Molina - Mentorship’s Impact: Transforming Lives and Communities

Venus is a Latina leader, public servant, and community advocate whose journey reflects resilience, leadership, and a deep commitment to service. Raised in Sherman Heights and arriving in the United States speaking no English at age five, she transformed early challenges into a lifelong drive to uplift her community.

Her leadership path was shaped by mentorship and community support, including her pivotal connection with MANA de San Diego, which helped spark her passion for civic engagement and public service. Through these experiences, Venus learned the value of investing in young women, building sisterhood, and creating pathways for leadership and representation.

Today, she serves her community as a Chief of Staff and has also stepped into public office as a candidate, continuing her mission to break barriers and expand opportunity for others. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable change comes from empowering the next generation of leaders.

In this episode of Inner Niña Podcast, Venus shares her journey of perseverance, mentorship, and service. Her story is a reminder that when women are supported and uplifted, entire communities are transformed.
